Sue's Rescue
Kindness is our strength
Sue's Rescue And Responsible Rehoming Inc. exists to unite animals with those who will help them live their best life! Our rescue work began in 1992, when Sue rescued a Dalmatian named Heidi who was scheduled to be euthanized that same day. Heidi was the first of many successful rescues who have been rehomed and given the chance to live a happy life. While dog rescue has always been the focus, over the years, we have opened our home to many animals such as cats, ducks, goats, chickens, rabbits and pigs. Every life, no matter how big or small, matters at Sue's Rescue!

Urgent Home Needed!
Dexee was found as a stray and never claimed. Some kind humans took him into their yard and have been looking after him. When Dexee first arrived he did not want to be touched, and was not comfortable coming indoors. Dexee has come a long way since, he will allow the humans he trusts to touch him and has become comfortable living inside. Dexee was recently neutered and is looking for an experienced person to help him continue to build confidence. He is a special dog who will require someone with patience and strong leadership. He is amazing with other dogs and we would like to see him placed with a family with a dog or two, or with someone who will take him out to have time with other dogs.
Puppies
We have many beautiful pups looking for a forever home. Many puppy surrenders are coming to us from overwhelmed new owners. Please do your research before adopting a puppy. We are also receiving unwanted, accidental litters. We can not emphasize enough how important it is to spay and neuter your pets!
To inquire about the pups in our care please email. All our adoptions require a completed application, interview, and home visit.
Owner Surrender Fee
The owner surrender fee is $425 for animals that are spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations. This fee is essential to cover the costs associated with their care and rehoming, helping us keep adoption fees reasonable while ensuring each animal receives the care they need during their transition.
